Photo Post: The View From My Backyard
All b5’s travel channel blogs are doing a photo post, an assignment ideally designed to reveal my ineptitude with a camera.
One pleasant subject that suggested itself is my backyard, which I didn’t have until I got RIFFed out of my marriage earlier this year. Now, although I certainly can’t afford to own it, I’ve got a shack on a little piece of wetlands–the kind that are darn near impossible to build on these days.
So take a gander at my bucolic splendor . . . .

That looks really scenic and tranquil.
I’m living in the middle of a construction zone at the moment so I could use a bit of tranquility!

I love the perspective of the first one. I wonder what it might look like in b&w.
